Arrived at Port Huron, Michigan

We took our time making the trip to our starting point. It’s been a fun trip so far, one night in a hotel, then no trailer parks were open till April 1st so we were allowed to set up in a horse camp last night. No horses and we had the place to ourselves. So far we have been laughing all the way. Got to Port Huron this morning, the first lighthouse of many and I can’t wait to see more. We have everything sorted out and ready for the morning. It’s wet and windy but we expected that. As Joe would tell you, kayaking is a water sport and you should expect to get wet.
Huge thanks to all of you that have been following and sending well wishes our way….it means everything to us. Stay tuned, we will keep you posted.
